Strangling headache and heavy face

I've had a strangling headache for the past three days, and the next day I underwent a CT scan at a neurosurgery clinic, but the cause was unknown. The doctor suggested it might be stress. I took the prescribed painkillers, but the symptoms did not improve. Today, the left side of my face also feels heavy. I feel sluggish and have no appetite.
I was worried when the hospital told me they couldn't tell me what was wrong, so I came to the hospital.

Treatment and progress
When I came to the hospital, my head felt heavy even when I was just sitting in a chair, and my eyelids were heavy.I wasn't sleepy, but it was difficult to keep my eyes open.
Palpation of the neck, shoulders, back, and abdomen revealed a strong reaction on the left side, so acupuncture was performed on the acupressure points on the hand. After a few minutes, the weight on the face was relieved. Palpation of the abdomen for hardness also revealed no tenderness. The tightness in the head was also greatly reduced.
After a few more minutes, the tightness in her head also disappeared. She said she suddenly felt hungry. She felt a slight heaviness in the back of her head, so acupuncture was applied to the acupressure points on her ankles for a few minutes. To alleviate the stiffness from her left neck to her shoulders, acupuncture was applied to the acupressure points on her right arm. The stiff shoulders and heaviness in the back of her head also disappeared, and the first session was completed.
Second visit (1 week later): After that, I was able to live without any tightness in my head or heaviness in my face. I received treatment on my shoulders and neck and finished.

Summary
