Since catching a cold two months ago, I've had a persistent feeling of congestion in the back left side of my nose. I felt the symptoms constantly, regardless of the timing, and although bathing provided some relief, it was a daily nuisance. It often bothered me at work, causing me to have a nasal voice, which interfered with my presentations. I received medication from a medical institution for suspected sinusitis, but there was no change in my symptoms. I also complained of chronic neck and shoulder stiffness.

Treatment and progress
During the initial consultation, acupuncture points were selected while checking for stiffness in the neck and the response of the spine. Coldness in the back was also observed. Treatment was performed using acupuncture points on the arms and hands. After the first treatment, it was confirmed that the stiffness in the neck and shoulders had eased and the coldness had also subsided. The patient also reported feeling a slight relief deep in the nose. Subsequent treatments continued in the same manner, while checking the condition of the neck and shoulders. With each treatment, the condition of the neck and shoulders improved, and in parallel, the nasal congestion also improved. Significant changes were observed after four treatments.
