Treatment and progress
Upon initial examination, palpation revealed pain induced by lumbar flexion, and some pain was also observed during extension. Severe tension was found in the lower lumbar vertebrae. Treatment involved acupuncture on related points in the buttocks, which significantly reduced the pain. Further treatment using related points in the back resulted in complete pain elimination. After the first treatment, the patient was pleased that the pain during movement had disappeared.
