I can't relax because I'm tense.
symptom
I'm a band member and bassist.
The patient came to the clinic because they felt tense and unable to relax.
I am also aware of having stiff shoulders.
Upon examining the movement of the neck and waist, it was found that there was a blockage on the rotational side in both cases of neck rotation.
I don't have any noticeable symptoms, but there is significant tension on the outside of my right shoulder blade.

Treatment and progress
Starting with improving the movement of my neck, which was an easily recognizable symptom, and then using acupressure points on both sides of my back increased my range of motion and relieved the feeling of tightness.
Although no specific symptoms were observed, I used acupressure points on the outside of the shoulder blade, which I believe are related to the influence of the bassist.
After using the most tense acupoint on the back and the acupoint on the buttocks, the patient said that their shoulders felt more relaxed and their body was more relaxed, so I ended the treatment.
Acupressure points used
Summary
The complaint wasn't a clear symptom, but rather a vague feeling of being unable to relax. However, it was effective to start by improving movement so that the patient could feel the changes in their body, and then use the pressure points that were causing concern.
The pressure points on the buttocks were not used to pinpoint specific areas, but rather to relieve overall tension.
I wasn't sure if it was related to the patient's complaints, but I used an acupuncture point on the outer side of the scapula, where the asymmetry was most pronounced.
