Frozen shoulder: Pain when pulling the elbow back.
symptom
I have pain in my right shoulder, especially when I pull my elbow back at a horizontal height.
Although it wasn't the main complaint, checking the movement of the neck and lower back revealed that bending forward was painful in both areas.

Treatment and progress
The pain worsened when pulling the elbow back horizontally, so I examined the relevant acupuncture points on the back and found strong tension there. After acupuncture, the range of motion for pulling the elbow back improved.
There was significant tension in two nearby acupoints, and upon examining those points and other points related to deltoid muscle tension, tension in the thoracic vertebrae was found. After acupuncture at these points, both movement and pain improved by about 2%.
Since poor neck movement affects shoulder movement, I used acupressure points on my hands to improve the movement of bending my neck forward.
After acupuncture was performed on two points on the lower limbs to improve tension in the erector spinae muscles, the patient's pain almost completely subsided, so the treatment was concluded.
Although the patient still visits the clinic for lower back pain and other issues, their shoulder remains in good condition.
Acupressure points used
Summary
Since there was tension in acupoints related to movement, the treatment proceeded smoothly.
If there is significant tension in the erector spinae muscles, we also incorporate adjustments starting from the limbs.
