Dizziness, nausea, and diarrhea for the past week.
symptom
I've been experiencing dizziness for a week now, along with nausea.
I don't know if it's related, but I've been experiencing diarrhea since around the same time.
Bowing, looking back while walking, and dizziness when turning over in bed are particularly painful.
I experience dizziness when moving my head, but not when I'm still.

Treatment and progress
Upon examining the tension from the shoulder to the neck, there is a blockage in the occipital region on the right side, which is closely related to dizziness.
By targeting the blockage in the back of the head and applying acupuncture to the right side of the back and around the ankle, the unsteadiness caused by moving the neck was reduced by half.
The left calf muscle was very tense, so I inserted acupuncture needles into the left side of the back, buttocks, and foot to relax it. The patient's head became clearer and they seemed much better than when they arrived, so I ended the treatment.
When the patient came back two days later, they said they were feeling much better, so we decided to continue the same treatment and see how things go.
Later, I received a message that the dizziness had not returned.
I don't know if it's related, but my diarrhea got better after the first treatment.
Acupressure points used
Summary
When treating dizziness, I first check for stiffness in the shoulders and neck, and tightness in the back of the head. Since there was a significant difference in tightness between the left and right sides of the back of the head, I selected acupressure points to relieve that tension.
This study also confirmed that an imbalance in tension between the left and right calf muscles can cause congestion in the back of the head.
