Chronic lower back pain with pinpoint location
symptom
I've had a fairly localized, deep pain in my right hip for a while now. It's been going on for many years.
It doesn't get worse when I train, but it's always bothering me, and I feel pain when I bend or straighten my lower back.
Additionally, there is tension throughout the neck, and bending backward causes pain.
I also experience eye strain and other symptoms associated with uterine fibroids.

Treatment and progress
Second consultation
The pain was deep within the erector spinae muscles of the lower back. Due to a history of gynecological issues, there was also tightness and tenderness in the lower abdomen, so acupuncture was performed on the shins in relation to the lower back pain.
The pain in my lower back had only decreased slightly.
Next, considering the connection to the neck, acupuncture was performed on the head. As a result, the stiffness in both the neck and lower back disappeared, and the lower back pain also vanished.
Finally, acupuncture was performed on the temples to improve neck movement, and since the neck movement improved, the treatment was concluded.
Later, when a family member visited the clinic, they reported that the patient was doing well.
Acupressure points used
Summary
There are many acupuncture points connected to the lower back, but this was a case where the connection to the neck proved particularly effective.
This case highlighted the importance of considering the entire picture, including the source of the lower back pain, medical history, accompanying symptoms, and the movement of each part of the body.
