My nasal congestion has gotten much worse since last week.
symptom
Since the beginning of this month, I've been experiencing nasal congestion, an itchy throat, and heavy eyelids.
The symptoms appear in the morning, when going out, and when returning home. Since everyone in the family has hay fever, it is thought that the symptoms may have started this year.
Additionally, a secondary complaint is constipation.

Treatment and progress
Upon examining the area from the neck to the shoulders, it was confirmed that the skin temperature was changing rapidly at a specific point on the neck.
To address this issue, acupuncture needles were inserted into the hand and left for a while, after which the temperature became uniform.
By the second consultation, nasal congestion had decreased by about 30%, and the patient was almost completely unaware of any throat or eye symptoms.
From the third visit onwards, acupuncture was performed on the shins to also improve the condition of the abdomen.
As a result, by the end of the fifth session, the symptoms had improved to the point where they no longer interfered with daily life, and the patient was satisfied with this level of improvement, so the treatment was concluded.
Acupressure points used
Summary
One of the causes of hay fever is an abnormal distribution of body heat.
In this case, heat was accumulating above a specific point on the neck, while the area below that point remained cold.
In such cases, acupuncture can be used to dissipate heat and alleviate symptoms.
