Numbness in the lower body and headache

Since last month, I've been experiencing a numb, tingling sensation extending from my left flank down to my lower back, the outer surface of my thigh, my fibula, and my lateral malleolus.
I had never experienced anything like this before, and when I went to an orthopedic surgeon, I was told, "There's nothing wrong with your bones, so just see how it goes with pain medication," but there was no change. Around this time, I also started to suffer from throbbing headaches that felt like they were radiating deep inside my head, so pain medication became essential.
I constantly experience mild numbness, and my headaches come and go. I was able to manage the headaches with medication, but since the headache from yesterday hasn't gone away, I've chosen acupuncture as an alternative.

Treatment and progress
Upon examining the connection with the headache, significant tension was observed in the lateral neck. Furthermore, strong tension was found on the left side, leading us to investigate this connection. Acupuncture was performed on related points in the lumbar region and buttocks.
The patient then reported that "the numbness disappeared and the headache was relieved." Next, to address the stiffness in the upper shoulder, acupuncture was performed on pressure points in the buttocks, and the headache also disappeared.

Summary
The symptoms were alleviated by relieving tension in the lower body, primarily the buttocks.
Upon examination, this area alone showed signs of coldness and significant tension, which is why we focused our attention on this area. Furthermore, due to its anatomical location, the buttocks can have ripple effects throughout the entire body, including the shoulders, neck, thighs, and calves, making it an effective treatment for systemic symptoms like those in this case.
