Because I also feel a dull, heavy throbbing pain even when I'm not moving, I immediately went to an orthopedic clinic. They diagnosed me with "frozen shoulder" and told me to wait two weeks and see how it goes with pain medication. However, despite taking the prescribed medication, I haven't felt any improvement, which is why I'm contacting you.
Upon arrival at the clinic, the patient was most concerned about the significant restriction on the affected side when performing shoulder rotations.

We focused on the tension in the back due to the limitations in movement.
When acupuncture was performed on the relevant points on the back, only the heaviness in the shoulder blade remained. However, when acupuncture was then performed on the relevant points on the thumb, the heaviness was relieved.
A few days later, I was introduced to the family and received a report that the patient's condition was improving.
