Shoulder injured at work

Shoulder injured at work

symptom

Since starting a job that involves lifting heavy objects about a month ago, I've been experiencing more pain in my right shoulder for the past two or three weeks. At first, I only felt the pain at work, but now I feel it in my daily life as well. Putting on and taking off clothes isn't difficult, but my movements are restricted, making it less smooth than before, and the dull pain centered around my shoulder joint when I wake up is particularly noticeable.
I feel uncomfortable when shoulder rotations are added to the radio calisthenics exercises at work.

Treatment and progress

Upon observing the patient's shoulder joint rotation, significant tension was observed in the center of the shoulder joint, leading to the consideration of improving this area.
The symptoms disappeared immediately after acupuncture was performed on related points on the back, so the treatment was concluded.
