It's difficult to turn to the left and behind.
symptom
Ten days ago, I was in a bicycle accident and hit my face on the ground. Five days ago, as the facial wounds were healing, I started experiencing severe neck stiffness and dizziness. I consulted a neurosurgeon and an orthopedic surgeon, but they found "no abnormalities," so I chose this hospital as my next option. I have pain in the left side of my neck, making it difficult to turn my head or tilt it. In addition, the stiffness has worsened over the past few days, and I've also been experiencing severe nausea.

Treatment and progress
The patient was experiencing nausea and severe tension in the neck, so in addition to reducing the heat trapped in the head, we also considered improving the movement of the neck.
Since both cervical rotation and lateral flexion caused pain on the left side and a feeling of tightness in both areas, acupuncture points on the back were used.
Upon checking the movement, rotation was correct, but the feeling changed to tightness on the right side during left lateral flexion, so I used my right gluteal muscle.
The treatment was completed by adjusting the tension in the neck and the movement of the hip joints.
After the patient regained their natural movement, they reported feeling "refreshed around the neck," and the treatment was concluded.

Summary
Considering the worsening condition, heat had accumulated in the neck, causing nausea. Relieving the tension in the neck and back improved circulation, and most of the symptoms disappeared. Focusing on this area was the key point of this case.
