I started experiencing headaches and a heavy feeling in my head two months ago, and they've been getting progressively worse.

I'm taking headache medicine, but it's not working very well, and it's really painful.
When the symptoms first started, I also had lower abdominal pain, so I went to the doctor and was told that "my bowel movements were sluggish" and was prescribed medication.
Since then, my headaches and stiff shoulders have gotten worse.

My whole head feels foggy, but I'm particularly bothered by the heaviness and pain in the back of my head.
During the initial visit, I suspected the symptoms were related to the stomach, and upon examination, I found that the lower abdomen was slightly distended. To alleviate this, I applied acupuncture to pressure points on the ankle.
In addition, to improve gastrointestinal function and relieve neck tension, acupressure points on the buttocks and neck were used.
Second session: Neck and shoulder pain has decreased. Headache remains, but pain in the back of the head persists.
When acupuncture was performed on a point on the shoulder that was thought to be related to tension in the back of the head, a feeling of relief was achieved.
The stiffness in the neck and shoulders had eased, and the symptoms had significantly decreased, so the treatment was concluded.

I focused on the fact that around the time the headaches started, the patient's intestines were upset and there was a buildup of stool and gas.
