Acupuncture case study: "Unable to grip tightly" (Higashi-Muroran Station)

About a month ago, I suddenly started experiencing pain throughout my right arm and was unable to grip things tightly. There was no history of strain on the arm or any trauma, so the problem arose unexpectedly. Now, I can't even make a fist and can't grip anything at all. I've been dropping things and it's significantly interfering with my daily life, so I contacted you.

Treatment and progress

The patient complained of tightness in the elbow and arm when performing a gripping motion. Upon examining this area, significant tension was found in the elbow joint, so the treatment focused on relieving this tension. Acupuncture was performed on corresponding acupoints on the back, which enabled the patient to perform the gripping motion. Once the movement was restored, the symptoms disappeared completely, and the treatment was concluded.

Summary

I thought about refining the movements.
By focusing on the elbow joint and extending the treatment to the back, we were able to achieve a rapid improvement.
