Ringing and buzzing sounds that remain after Meniere's disease

I developed Meniere's disease about a year ago. I experienced hearing loss, but it recovered with medication. I had a relapse six months ago and again this month. My hearing has recovered, but the tinnitus persists. I experience a high-pitched ringing and a low-pitched, muffled tinnitus. The tinnitus is more pronounced when I'm tired. It's especially noticeable in quiet places.

Treatment and progress
Upon palpation of the neck and jaw area, which are closely related to the ears, significant tension was found in the lateral neck and upper shoulders. After using acupressure points on the hands and back related to these areas to release the tension, the patient reported feeling lighter when they left.
Second visit. The sound was roughly the same volume, but it fluctuated, and the periods when it wasn't bothersome had lengthened. Acupuncture was added to the buttocks and hands, and the approach was taken to further relieve tension in the lateral neck.
Third visit. The volume of the sound hasn't changed. There's not much high-pitched ringing, but a strong hum.
This was my fourth visit. There hadn't been any change until the day before the procedure, but it was in good condition on the day of the procedure. The high and low nerve sensations were much less, and it was the best it had been in the last month.
Fifth consultation. The feeling of blockage is still present, but the ringing is no longer noticeable. Since the tinnitus has subsided, the treatment was concluded after consulting with the patient.

Summary
Many cases of Meniere's disease or sudden hearing loss result in persistent tinnitus after hearing recovery. In this case, the patient's hearing had repeatedly deteriorated and recovered, which may have made them more susceptible to tinnitus. To improve the condition of the ears, relieving neck and shoulder stiffness was crucial.
