My elbow hurts when I hold a frying pan
symptom
I've been feeling pain in my elbow while busy with housework at the end of the year. At first, I was able to manage it by applying a compress, but for the past few days, I've been feeling pain when holding a frying pan or a 2-liter plastic bottle. I can move my elbow without any problems.

Treatment and progress
I asked the patient to hold the bag he was carrying at the site so I could determine the location of the pain. He said, "It hurts at the back of my elbow and around the protruding part of my elbow (olecranon)." So I used the tenderness as a landmark to proceed with the treatment. By using the related acupressure points on the back and the acupressure points on the buttocks that enhance their effect, the pain was reduced by about 70%.
The second time, she said, "It was fine for a few days, but the pain came back. It feels like the pain deep inside is still there."
So we performed the same treatment as last time and the symptoms were alleviated.
Considering the tension in the hip joint, I tried acupuncture on the acupressure points on the legs, which made me feel better than I had felt since the last treatment. Finally, I tried acupuncture on the outer edge of the shoulder blades, which made the pain in my elbow go away.

Summary
The elbow problem was related to back conditioning, and this was the case that was unraveled from that perspective. I think that the key point in this case was expanding my thinking during the second treatment.
