Shaky dizziness and buzzing in the ears

The patient began experiencing dizziness around April one year ago. At first, it was rotational, but after two or three days, it changed to a dizziness that made the scenery shake unsteadily. At the same time, a buzzing sound appeared in the left ear, and the patient felt a constant blockage in the ear, heavy and dazed. The patient visited an ENT specialist and underwent an MRI scan, but no abnormalities were found and the patient was prescribed Merislon. Treatment and progress
Palpation revealed strong tension from the left side of the neck to the shoulder and back. Believing that this tension was causing the symptoms, the doctor checked the acupressure points on the lower back and feet, which were closely related, and found significant tension, so he performed acupuncture on those points. The tension in the side of the neck was immediately alleviated. Next, acupuncture was performed on the acupressure points on the hands, which significantly alleviated the tinnitus, and it became "hardly noticeable." From the second visit onwards, the same treatment was continued, selecting appropriate acupressure points as needed.
<2nd visit> The constant buzzing in the ears has become less severe than before. I still hear a buzzing sound every now and then. I no longer feel dizzy. The feeling of congestion and heaviness deep in the ears has also lessened, but still remains.
<Third visit> There is no dizziness. The tinnitus has become even lighter, like a hissing sound. In other words, the feeling and heaviness have also decreased.
<4th visit> The dizziness and tinnitus disappeared. The feeling of congestion and heaviness deep in the ears also hardly bothered the patient, so the treatment was completed.
