Pain when turning the ankle inward
symptom
Two months ago, while I was helping with renovations at the store where I work, I suddenly noticed pain in my left ankle.
When the symptoms first appeared, I was unable to walk, but now I can walk.
Currently, when I bend my left ankle inward, I feel pain on the outside of my ankle.
Also, protecting my ankle has started to cause pain in my left greater trochanter, so I'm trying to heal my ankle so that other parts of my body don't hurt any more.
He visited our hospital.
I began treatment with the goal of eliminating the pain and discomfort when walking and improving the condition to the point where it would not put strain on other parts of the body.

Treatment and progress
First, I used acupressure points on my shoulders to improve my ankle mobility.
With improved ankle mobility, I can now bend my ankle inward more freely without pain.
Furthermore, by using the acupressure points on the outside of the knee and on the back, which are related to the area of pain, the symptoms, including the pain in the greater trochanter, were reduced by about 8%.
This completes the first treatment.
A second treatment was performed in the same way, and the improvement reached the target level, so the treatment was terminated.

Summary
The symptoms were similar to those commonly seen with sprains.
It was not clear whether it was a sprain or not, but just like treating a sprain, improving the movement of the ankle reduced the pain and improved the condition.
With symptoms like sprains, the temptation is to immobilize the ankle to prevent pain, but in this case, improving movement actually led to improvement.
